Our Services

Postnatal Classes

I've designed a 3 phase approach to:
✨ Safely rehabilitate your core
✨ Build strength & healthy function to your pelvic floor
✨ Reduce common aches and pains
✨ Build overall strength and confidence in movement
✨ Increase fitness

Each phase is a block booking of 6-8 weeks (term depending) which will consist of one to two classes per week. Classes are small group personal training classes with a maximum of 4 people per class to ensure quality attention is given to everyone attending.

Babies are welcome in the classes until the age of crawling for both their safety and your peace and enjoyment of the class.

Personal Training

1-1 personal training sessions

✨ PT sessions are available on-site or from the comfort of your home if you live within Herefordshire.

✨ Sessions range from pre and postnatal to general strength and conditioning and weight loss.

Tailored fitness plans

If you are not based locally in Hereford I offer tailored fitness plans, these include:

✨ 60-minute online assessment

✨ 4-6 week fitness plan

“Training with Mils postpartum is exactly what I needed! Three babies in four years I definitely felt quite fragile and weak in my body and even with a background in fitness, Mils expertise in postnatal training was what I needed to really understand how to strengthen my pelvic floor, focus on my breathing and build up core stability again to give me the confidence to get back in the gym and train again.

I never felt judged in this class and believe that Mils has more knowledge than most other personal trainers.

It was great doing these sessions alongside other mums who get the stresses and strains that having children can have on your body.

About me

Hi! I’m Camilla (aka Mils) and I’m the creator of mumme.

From the moment I thought about becoming a personal trainer in 2016 I had a heart for women. I didn’t know what that looked like at the time but I knew deep down I wanted to be able to train and support women, to help them discover a level of confidence and love for their body’s.

Fast forward to now, after a brilliant 6 years learning and growing as a strength and conditioning coach and having had two children of my own, I specialised in pre and postnatal training with the goal to help women in a way that is largely neglected. Women deserve more when it comes to prenatal training and postnatal recovery in this country, fitness is just one piece of the puzzle and I hope as we learn and discover more, that care all round will only grow and expand.

So hey 👋🏼 I’m here for you, lets go on the journey of becoming fitter and stronger versions of ourselves as we nurture and care for our bodies as they deserve. You are important, you give your best for your kids and you deserve the best care in return.

I have loved my time with mumme.
A difficult second birth left my body weak, tired and in pain. But through mumme, I feel my body getting stronger and stronger and previous back and knee pain are no longer an issue.

“I trained with Mills whilst pregnant and postpartum and I would do the same again! Mills is so knowledgable and no question is too much for her. I suffered with lower back pain even before pregnancy, and by engaging with Mills’ postpartum plan, I’m now deadlifting close to my pre-pregnancy weight, with no back pain at all!”
